MORNING MOMENTS
I can wake whenever, and I don’t mind to getting up early because I love that ritual of opening the curtains and letting the beautiful sunlight come flooding in. I'm not really a creature of habit – sometimes I will listen to the news in bed, or I'll do some exercise or I’ll simply start the day straight up. I have one routine, though: I will always take time and sit and eat breakfast. I never skip it. During the week, I usually start with a glass of fresh fruit juice to quench that morning thirst and then have cereal or toast. But now living in London, my dream breakfast at the weekend would be homemade scones with butter and jam!
What really sets me up for the day is that first mug of tea. I drink different varieties of tea, but in the morning and throughout the working day it has to be an English Breakfast. Even though I'm originally from France and grew up in a wine-making family, tea was almost a reason I was happy to move to London!

However, for big occasions, it would have to be either Let the Dance Begin or Possibilities or I would even layer them with Invisible Touch, the blends are irresistible. Wearing a fragrance can also remind me and my husband of special moments, and exchanging fragrances was one way to stay connected during lockdown. Actually when we reunited, he fell in love with Signature which may now become our “London-meets-Paris” fragrance.
It's easy to make me smile in the morning – whether it's having a chat with a colleague, or speaking to my husband on the phone. My tip for a good start to the day? With or without breakfast or makeup, just do whatever you feel comfortable with. And a spritz of your favorite fragrance might help!
