Once your order has been received you will receive a confirmation email from La Perla Beauty with details on how you can track your order.
Shipping to Rest of World
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email from our delivery partner Global-e with all the shipment details. You can also use the Global-e Tracking Portal to track your order.

Please note that when shopping on our US website (us.beautybylaperla.com) we are only able to offer shipping within the United States. If you wish to place an order for delivery to any of our other available shipping destinations you will be able to do so through our beautybylaperla.com website.

Before completing and paying for your order you can amend the contents of your shopping basket, and review the total cost of your purchase. Unfortunately, once orders are confirmed, they cannot be cancelled or amended. This is because we get to work on processing most orders immediately after confirmation.
In case you've changed your mind about your order you will need to receive the order and return any unwanted item(s) in accordance with our returns policy. For further information on how to return your order for a refund, please visit our returns section.

Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. We don't offer La Perla Beauty gift cards at the moment, but if we do in the future we'll let you know. Please note that La Perla gift cards cannot be used for the purchase of La Perla Beauty products.

Refunds
We aim to issue refunds swiftly. Once we've received your return, we'll process it and refund you via your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to clear the refund, so please allow an extra 3-5 days for it to appear in your account. Please note that if there were any delivery costs for the order, they cannot be refunded. For more details on our returns policy please refer to our Global Returns Policy above.
